All training plans are personalized and customized based on sports science methodology in the following key areas:

  • performance tests: basic (complimentary) or premium (additional fee)
  • assessment and questionnaire to determine strengths and personal season goals
  • your available time to train so the plan fits with your busy schedule
  • effort, heart rate zones or power if you own a power-meter
  • periodization to reach peak performance at your most important races
